Car Parking is adjacent to the driveway some 15 yards from the front entrance which is approached by means of a gravel path.

One step to the front entrance.

Stairs out of the lounge into the hall.

First stairs has four steps to a small landing.

Second stairway of none steps has a hand rail and leads to the second landing and the double Ensuite Bedroom (Shower over bath).

Spacious Double Twin Bedded room with Private Bathroom (Shower over bath).

Tea and Coffee trays provided in both rooms with cordless electric kettles. Hair dryers available in both rooms.

Bedroom doors are clearly marked.

Dining room is situated on the ground floor overlooking large fishing lake and lawn.

Television and Teletext facilities available with remote control.
Mobile telephone network available and work well from upstairs rooms.

Public Transport
The Heart of Wales Railway line operating between Shrewsbury and Swansea travels via Llandrindod Wells Station two miles away, would convey residents to and from the station by arrangement.
At present there are four services per day.

A Post bus operates from Llandrindod Wells to surrounding areas.

Public bus services are available to neighbouring towns and villages such as Rhayader, Builth Wells, with a two hourly service to Newtown and Brecon with links to Cardiff and Swansea. A similar service is available to Hereford.
